Brad Martin, CCIM is a Lumberton native with over ten years experience in the real estate industry. He is a North Carolina State-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and a Licensed Broker in North Carolina. His diverse background in real estate includes residential and commercial sales, leasing and property management as well as appraising commercial real estate in Southeastern North Carolina. He has furthered this experience over the last several years through the formation of real estate partnerships that invest in, develop, and actively manage both residential and commercial properties.
